What exactly is Dbrij?
One platform your whole company runs on, instead of a dozen subscriptions that do not talk to each other. Chat, mail, meetings, documents, projects, scheduling, money, customers, hiring, hosting and shipping software all sit behind one login and share the same company, the same people and the same live data.
Do I have to take all of it?
No. Turn on only the products you need and pay for those. Take a category as a suite when you want the whole category, or take Dbrij One when you want everything. You can add and remove products at any time and the rest of the platform keeps working.
How does pricing actually work?
Everything is per seat, per month, in Naira or Dollars. There are four ways in: a core plan, which opens every app and sets your limits and your escrow fee; a single product on its own; a category suite, which bundles a whole category for less than its products separately; or Dbrij One, which covers the lot. Hosting and Send carry their own usage plans because their cost is real compute and real send volume. Every figure is published on the pricing page.
Which one should I pick?
If you only need one thing, buy that product on its own. If you need a whole area of the business, take its suite. If more than two suites apply to you, Dbrij One is almost always cheaper than the parts. The calculator on the pricing page does the arithmetic with the same code checkout uses.
What counts as a seat?
Membership of your company is coverage. Everyone in the company can use what the company owns, and at renewal we simply count how many members you have and bill for that. Seats never lock a colleague out mid month and you never have to buy a seat before you can invite someone.
Can I pay in Naira?
Yes. Every plan is priced in both Naira and US Dollars and you pick your currency. Cards are charged through a licensed processor, you can save a card so renewals go through on their own, and every charge produces a receipt you can download.
Is there a free way to start?
Yes. Creating your account and your company costs nothing, the free core plan opens every app at smaller limits, a personal Dbrij email address is free, and Send carries a free tier you can build on before you pay for anything.
Who owns the data we put in?
You do. We hold it for you, we do not sell it, and we never train models on it for anyone else. You can export your company data at any time and delete it when you leave.
What does the AI actually see?
Only what is inside the workspace you are working in, and only what your permissions already allow you to see. It drafts, summarises, transcribes and briefs on your own company data. It does not read across into another company, and its work is metered as credits so you always know what it cost.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, and most companies should. Buy the domain through Dbrij or point one you already own, then run company email, your booking pages, your hosted applications and your sending identity on it. We generate the DNS records and verify them for you.
How hard is it to move off the tools we use now?
Start with one product, keep the rest where they are, and move the next one when you are ready. Nothing forces a big bang migration, and the products you have not turned on stay out of your way.
Is Dbrij built for Nigerian companies?
It is built in Lagos and it knows the ground: Naira pricing, local payment rails, .ng domains, Nigerian payroll and tax shapes in Finance. It also works anywhere else, in Dollars, for teams spread across countries.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted the moment a card fails. A product that lapses goes read only through a grace period, we tell you what happened, and if you leave altogether you get at least 30 days to export everything before it is removed.
